Fri 30 Sep 2022A momentum is clearly now taking hold in the growth of our Trust - both in terms of depth, breadth and impact. It is always reassuring when the Trust leaders report successes and the impact of Trust support. Sometimes the support demonstrates value immediately (such as the admin and finance team members who are splitting their time across a number of schools at the moment to give additional support) whilst others takes a little longer. The impact of our Phonics Leader, Jemma Slater, on outcomes at Whaley Thorns is a fabulous and gives evidence of a very positive start to the year.

Staff Wellbeing - wellbeing is everyone's business
Fri 23 Sep 2022Wellbeing and mental health is a key priority for TEAM Education Trust in order to provide support to all TEAM colleagues across the trust, with the ethos that ‘wellbeing is everyone’s business’.
Introducing the Staff Wellbeing Offer which comprises a wrap-around offer for all staff, targeted support when it's needed and expert, specialist support including occupational therapy for those staff who have a very specific need. Read here for more information!

Fri 16 Sep 2022It has been a really full-on start to the new academic year as we have welcomed two new Principals, delivered two Central Team strategy days, held a Trust-wide conference and responded to a tsunami of questions, directions and requests for information from stakeholders in both local and national Government.
