"Being a member of TEAM brings a depth and breadth to our school development that I have not previously experienced. I know that our children and staff have an exceptional opportunity not only to thrive now, but also to be part of the future, and I'm proud to be part of the TEAM!"
Charlotte Place, Principal, Whaley Thorns Primary School
I am always keen to promote an inclusive classroom. The support from the experts at TEAM had an immediate impact on our learners and staff. We find our partnership with TEAM very helpful and are pleased to be working in this Trust.
Alan Brown, Principal, Model Village Primary School
TEAM has put in place detailed and tailored support promptly which has helped Heritage Park School to continue more rapidly on its journey to support our vulnerable pupils to develop into happy, emotionally resilient and independent young people who have the opportunity to function better in wider society. We have benefited from expert and experienced guidance on the improvement of the site, sourcing funding, developing curriculum subjects and reaching out to the community. TEAM’s open, collaborative, compassionate and honest approach matches our vision and values at Heritage Park School extremely well. When visiting our school, TEAM staff immediately forged friendly and positive relationships with both staff and pupils. The guidance during our recent OfSTED inspection helped us to accurately demonstrate the rapid progress we have made as a school over a short period of time.
Mark Fairbrother, Principal, Heritage Park School
Our partnership with TEAM gives us access to the latest education thinking and training, that helps us to continue to ‘review and refresh’ our approach to retain our Outstanding offer in providing high quality, holistic childcare for families within our community.
Vicki Fox, Manager, Woodhoots Nursery
"We ensure every child is able to access their local school and that barriers to learning are removed."
We aim improve access to employability skills and raise aspirations for the children so they can reach their potential. This includes preparing them for the next stage in their lives and the transitions they experience are supported appropriately and parents are engaged with this process.
