As Spring is nearly upon us, I for one have started to feel the benefits already, with lighter mornings and evenings already brightening my day. Since September 2023, we have been undertaking a monthly wellbeing challenge to try and encourage us all to participate in taking positive steps in enhancing our own positive mindset, changing our habits and building our resilience. If you’ve not managed to take part in the challenges, now is the time to make use of the lighter mornings and evenings and spring into action! This months challenge is all about revisiting what we have been doing since September. We reinforce and repeat learning to our pupils, so I thought it would be good to encourage you to engage in some of the activities we have done so far, or maybe something you didn’t quite get around to doing.
