We've reached the mid-way point now and the summer term is moving on rapidly. There is so much going on at this time of year with parents events, sports days, drama performances, trips and visits and an eye-watering amount of administration and prep time needed for next year. It's easy to forget that we're creating the memories that children will carry with them for the rest of their lives. To be direct, it's helpful to reflect that what happens in these summer months will provide the backdrop to the adult lives of our students.
