This week we have started our school and trust improvement meeting cycle, which has involved working with central team and school leaders to review key priorities such as education, HR, compliancy, finance, IT, estates and premise and governance. This will enable us to work across all aspects of our schools to ensure we are providing an excellent service together for our staff, children and young people.
