Our Offer to Schools

We like to start by having informal conversations with school leaders. By visiting schools and discussing their needs, we are able to talk about how our trust operates and how we might be able to offer solutions to school-based problems. Should a school be interested in joining the Trust and want a more formal conversation, we would work with you and your governing board to understand the role we play before a more formal presentation of the trust, its achievements and its capacity to support the school.

However, we know that not all schools know what to look for in a trust, and many will want to understand the options before committing to joining a trust. At TEAM, we have a number of options for schools wanting to learn more about trusts, partnerships and the nature of our collaborative work.
