    Ian Lowe - Chair

    Ian Lowe is an experienced CEO, Systems Leader, Executive Coach and head teacher, with a track record of developing people and organisations within complex, multi layered academic organisations and structures, including Primary, Secondary and Special Education. He has developed a reputation for ethical leadership and highly inclusive practice where the needs of children are met by creating multi-disciplinary teams that collectively improve outcomes. Warwickshire Task Group Chair - challenging and supporting schools in category. As an independent consultant he set up Ethical School Solutions. His recent work includes working for Multi Academy Trusts leading strategic operations, school improvement and inclusion as well as supporting Warwickshire in school improvement and coaching in their HT’s ‘Listening Ear’ support. He has extensive experience in public speaking. At events such as the BETT show and National Autism Conference. His passion lies with high quality ethical leadership and practice that support well-being but raise outcomes. He firmly believes in leadership building a sustainable and high performing organisations that continually self-reflect, challenge and improve over time.

    Clare Storer - Vice Chair

    Clare has over 30 years’ of experience working for the NHS as a nurse and then as a midwife. Since 2018 Clare has worked for HSIB as a maternity investigator. Clare is married with two children: Abbie who has ASD & Jack. When Clare isn’t working she enjoys holidays, concerts, family time and reading.

    Helen Harrison

    Helen has had substantial experience in school and executive leadership, including both headship and advisory positions, and is a retired Chief Executive Officer of a Multi Academy Trust. She was an accredited School Improvement Partner and has trained as a coach through the Local Leaders of Education programme, as well as completing the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust Executive Headteacher programme and, more recently, the National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership. She has led schools through very successful Ofsted inspections and has been recognised by Ofsted as an outstanding school leader.

    Helen has served on primary school governing boards and is currently the Chair of the Strategic Board for Exchange Teacher Training and a trustee for a Multi Academy Trust in Barnsley.

    Over the years, Helen has enthusiastically maintained her vision for education and has been sustained by the knowledge that ‘every child matters.

    Robert Wray

    Robert brings extensive expertise in ethics, governance and regulatory compliance to his role as Trustee. As Head of Ethics & Compliance at Rolls-Royce, he provides strategic leadership on global integrity, conduct and risk management, advising Board and Executive teams while shaping a culture founded on transparency and accountability.

    With a career spanning senior compliance and risk positions at the British Business Bank, Leeds Building Society, Drax Power and international law firms, Robert has a proven track record of strengthening governance frameworks, overseeing complex regulatory requirements, and promoting strong organisational cultures.

    He holds an ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance, a Legal Practice Course qualification, and a Law degree from the University of Hull. Passionate about supporting communities, Robert is also an active volunteer and committed advocate for responsible leadership.

    Robert is proud to contribute his experience to the Trust, helping ensure high standards of governance that support the best possible outcomes for children and young people.

    Sarah Johnson

    Sarah is an experienced strategic senior leader of alternative educational provisions for pupils with significant mental health needs and pupils excluded from school. She has over nineteen years’ experience in leading inclusive provisions to develop for pupils who are disaffected and marginalised.

    Sarah has worked with children and young people since 2001 and has successfully managed senior leaders, area heads to improve the educational experience of pupils. Furthermore, she has experience of commissioning of services with Care Commissioning Groups, Transforming care for children and young people, multi-disciplinary safeguarding boards and SEN/schools and Alternative Provisions.

    Currently, Sarah is studying for her PhD Exploring pupils’ experiences of returning to school after transition from mainstream school
